Business Account Executive

Seeking to hire a full-time Business Account Executive.  This individual will be responsible for proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.   

Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their technical needs and provide them with the value of our products and services.
  • Provide current business clients with quotes on services, equipment, upgrades, or repair(s), which can include conferring with techs to estimate the costs involved.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.
  • Support and resolve problems for clients aiming for customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  • Remain up-to-date on company offerings and products, as well as industry trends.

Ideal candidate will have ability to manage multiple accounts, understanding of client needs and negotiate costs and services.  Good written and oral communication skills, ability to pay attention to detail and can work in a fast pace environment.

Sales & Customer Support Specialist

Seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Support Specialist.  This individual will be responsible for communicating to customer daily while promoting and selling the services and equipment of the company..   

Responsibilities Include:

  • Interacting with customers via telephone, texting platform, or in person to provide support and information on products and services.
  • Actively promotes product/service features and benefits, quote prices and prepares appropriate forms.
  • Attract potential customers by answering questions related to the Internet, Voice products, camera offerings and other future services.
  • Creates and maintains customer accounts by recording account information accurately.
  • Assists with billing questions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively and enthusiastically.

 

Ideal candidate will have experience with Excel and Word, good written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and can work in a fast pace environment.

Graphic Designer

Seeking to hire a full-time Graphic Designer.  This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing sales and marketing collateral.   

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce sales and marketing collateral, corporate image pieces, and product pieces.
  • Help plan, design, and implement qualitative surveys and research projects including customer satisfaction, brand awareness, familiarity, demographics needs/opportunities, and trends, then track, analyze, and create reports.
  • Interact, collaborate, and work with the Director of Marketing and team members and other departments to ensure adherence to the company brand and quality standards in all works.

 

Applicants must have skills with Adobe Cloud programs and an Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design.
